When you contact us via our contact form, the data you provide (e.g., name, email address, message content) will be stored for processing your inquiry and for follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry relates to the performance of a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling inquiries.

Data remains with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent, or the purpose for storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

3.3 Contact via WhatsApp

Our website offers the option to contact us via a WhatsApp button. The button itself does not load any content from WhatsApp or Meta and does not set any cookies. Only when you actively click "send" are you redirected to WhatsApp and a chat with us is opened.

When communicating via WhatsApp, the data you transmit (in particular your mobile number, your profile name, the message content, and metadata such as the time of the message) is processed by the WhatsApp service. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland, a company of the Meta group. This may involve a transfer of data to the USA and other third countries. We have no influence over the nature and scope of the data processing carried out by WhatsApp.

Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent through the contact actively initiated by you) as well as Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR insofar as your inquiry serves the initiation or performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in efficient customer communication. • Contract-related data: retained for the duration of statutory retention periods (typically 6–10 years under German commercial and tax law, §§ 147 AO, 257 HGB)
