A Real-time Reasoning Machine for Physical AI
Integration of NVIDIA Jetson Thor with REBOTNIX

Germany, Lünen, August 25, 2025

REBOTNIX and NVIDIA announce the next step for video AI at industrial scale.

By combining the new NVIDIA Jetson Thor platform with the REBOTNIX® KINEVA® software, cities, industries and infrastructure providers gain a high performance, energy efficient and immediately deployable solution for real time video analytics.

“Built on NVIDIA Blackwell GPU and featuring 128GB of memory, Jetson Thor delivers up to 2070 FP4 teraflops of AI compute to effortlessly run the latest generative AI models — all within a 130-watt power envelope. Compared with its predecessor, NVIDIA Jetson Orin, Jetson Thor delivers up to 7.5x higher AI compute and 3.5x greater energy efficiency.”

From numerous cities to the next level.

KINEVA® is already deployed in numerous cities across Europe. The platform supports smart city applications including traffic management, public safety and industrial infrastructure.

Experience
from these deployments shows that demand for scalable video AI continues to increase with more
cameras, more complex models and higher requirements for energy efficiency.

By integrating NVIDIA Jetson Thor, REBOTNIX extends these solutions with additional processing capacity, more video streams and lower power consumption. Existing systems can be upgraded without the need for redevelopment.

From platform to application

REBOTNIX has been working as an NVIDIA NPN member for more than ten years to optimize AI powered video analytics. With KINEVA, the capabilities of the Jetson Thor platform are being put into practice early on.

Customers benefit not only from licensable AI models but also from intuitive end user applications that can be deployed without deep technical expertise. Use cases range from traffic management and public safety to industrial quality control.

Technological Breakthrough: NVIDIA Jetson AGX Thor Developer Kit

The NVIDIA Jetson AGX Thor developer kit is designed for fast prototyping physical AI applications.

It delivers high computing performance, energy efficiency and full compatibility with existing Jetson systems.

REBOTNIX was able to port its KINEVA models to Jetson Thor within a few days, directly reusing existing code and ensuring compatibility with current deployments.

Performance at a glance
